I'm infected with "Windows Police Pro" & I can't connect to the internet to run the live scan. The Malware has disabled regedit and every other approach I try to get control back.

I have searched and downloaded every recovery suggestion I can find on the internet. Run System Restore and see if you can go back to a time before the infection occurred. Follow the steps in the bleepingcomputer.com article Remove Windows Police Pro (Removal Guide) . If necessary, download the files on another computer and copy them to yours.
